Hereby we inform that vice president of «Vallex» group companies, director of «Armenian Copper Programme» CJSC, head of sustainable development department of «Teghout» CJSC – Gagik Arzumanyan, on December 18, 2015, was dismissed from the mentioned and other positions helding in «Vallex» group companies, upon his own application.
The former parties of the working relationship express their gratitude to each other for the effective cooperation, based on mutual respect and understanding.
Gagik Arzumanyan will continue the cooperation with «Vallex» group companies as a special adviser of the Chairman of the group.
