On 30th of October, 2014, Alaverdi Mayor and the municipality members took a familiarization tour in the territory of Teghout mining complex.
In the internal documents regulating the process on the engagement of the stakeholders of Teghout mining complex construction and operation project (hereinafter Project), local authorities of the nearby communities are introduced as a separate group of stakeholders, for who precise mechanisms are elaborated for their proper notification and participation to the process of decision-making.
During the tour, participants visited the main facilities of the mining complex, got familiarized to the implementation of pre-launching preparedness of the plant. All the participants of the tour were answered to their questions and were given explanations.
