Different people appearing in the name of “Teghout Defense Civil Initiative” have spread through Mass media and social networks news on the intention of organizing march in the territories of Teghout cjsc. Judging from the Mass media publications, it can be concluded that the invitation has been open and the possible amount of the participants unlimited.
We officially declare that before the publication of that news in Mass media, people presenting “Teghout Defense Civil Initiative” have not agreed with the management of Teghout cjsc the possibility of undertaking march in the territory of Teghout cjsc on 15 January, 2012
Teghout cjsc has received a written application for permission of the above mentioned march on 11 January, 2012 when a long period of time through different mass media has already been spread a number of announcements on the intention of undertaking march in the territory of Teghout cjsc. In this written application a person presenting “Teghout protection civil group” asks to permit the entrance of the group consisting of 100 people on 15 January, 2012 in the territory of Teghout cjsc and staying there about 4 hours.
Teghout cjsc has permitted the entrance of 15 person presenting “Teghout Defense Civil Initiative” , asking to inform the personal data about those people before 15:00 o’clock of 13 January, 2012. The management of Teghout cjsc have not been presented personal data of the possible representatives. The management of Teghout cjsc informs that any trial of entrance in the territory of Teghout cjsc by the people presenting “Teghout Defense Civil Initiative” on 15 January, 2012 will be considered as infringement upon Teghout cjsc’s rights and legal interests and appeals to all possible participants not to participate in the illegal activities.
