«Teghout» CJSC (hereinafter Company) announces competition for services (hereinafter Services) procurement on environmental, occupational safety, social and health issues for Company employees. The purpose of services in mentioned areas is to examine employees in terms of training and relevant knowledge, skills and abilities on international standards and the Company’s internal regulations.
The services include all regulations developed by the Company for the purpose of conformity to international standards, including the investment of environmental and occupational safety management systems (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001), risk assessment, emergency situation response, rules of personal protective resources, requirements for specific types of work (manual work, heat work, work at altitudes, work with explosives etc.), the rules of exploitation of separate equipments (heavy equipment for open pit, cranes, hoist and other lifting equipments ect.), traffic safety, waste management, electrical safety, first medical aid etc.
The service provider company should:
- have staff with professional knowledge on environmental and occupational safety management systems (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001),
- have experience of teaching activities in those or similar areas,
- considering that most of the regulations have been developed by the Company’s external advisors, and most of them are in English, to involve English-speaking employees in service provision, who, based on the regulations, should develop an Armenian language learning program and Armenian organize training,
- based on the Company’s organizational structure and staff list, determine the scope of staff to be trained (subdivisions) and develop a learning program,
- to compile a knowledge-based testing program based on each of the regulations and develop methods of knowledge verification with tests of working out,
- submit proposals on improving regulations during training program development and training implementation,
- if necessary, organize the Company’s employee’s knowledge through these tests, on the basis of an additional contract.

The deadline for applications submission is February 27, 2015.
The application must be submitted in a free style, in the form of a letter (application). With the application or attached documents an applicant must submit:
- general information on the organization activities,
- information on international environmental and occupational safety management standards (ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) or experience in organizing similar workshops,
- experience and qualification information for employees responsible for services provision,
- terms of offered services, time schedule and working hours,
- օffer price and payment terms for service provision.
