The delegation of Citic Construction and China Development Bank (CDB) represented by Wu Shiven, Director of Business Development, and Zhang Yan, the Commissioner for Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Armenia, visited Armenia to meet with Vallex Group representatives for a working meeting on Copper Smelter Project in Armenia from March 19-22.
The main topic was to introduce the Commissioner of CDB the details and financing perspectives of the new smelter project in Armenia.
