At the initiative and with the direct participation of Vardan Aramyan, Vice President of the VALLEX Group, a three-month professional training course titled “Project Management” was launched on June 1, 2026. The course is being implemented within the framework of the company’s employee professional development program.

The program consists of three phases:

Project Initiation and Planning (4 modules)
Project Execution and Monitoring (4 modules)
Assessment and Examination Tests for each training phase and for the full course (3 exams)

During the training, participants become familiar with the complete project management lifecycle—from analyzing client needs to allocating tasks and resources, developing schedules, and assessing and managing project risks. The course also includes individual assignments based on practical case studies, enabling participants to apply the knowledge they acquire in real-life scenarios.

The objective of the training is to enhance participants’ knowledge and practical skills in effective project planning, organization, implementation, and control, thereby contributing to more efficient management of the company’s projects.

By combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience, the course provides participants with applicable skills that will help them organize and implement their work projects more effectively, in alignment with the strategic objectives of the VALLEX Group.
